Andy is a foster dog at Dogs On The Farm, the first in our new nonprofit organization “The Lifers Club” designed for special needs and senior dogs who have been deemed unadoptable and at risk of euthanasia at local shelters. He is only 5 years old and is a very sweet lap dog-on his terms- but he takes a while to warm up to people and will nip out of fear if you try to pet him and handle him. He also has an unindentified problem with his rear legs/hips/back that gives him a funny walk. He has been neutered and his teeth cleaned recently. We will be working with him to make him feel safe and hopefully get him over his fear issues, but he would prefer a quiet house with no kids. He ignores our office cats and likely will be ok with other low-key dogs. If you or someone you know is looking for a cute little ‘project’ dog, please contact our office. Otherwise, consider donating for the care of Andy and other foster dogs. https://www.gofundme.com/start-up-for-elderly-pet-rescue
